ThermoJoe™ Power Supply Base

I have had my ThermoeJoe for a year or more and intend to have it for as long as they are in business. These things work as advertised and if something isn’t right they make it good. Excellent customer service and excellent product.

Want to start with I have had my thermojoe for over a year now and began having some issues with the battery from daily wear and tear, quick conversation with customer support and their help got me taken care of.
Cant express enough how great their product is, made even better by a company that stands by their product.

Don't buy, it doesn't heat.

First, ThermoJoe customer service is really the best. We’ve contacted them on two occasions concerning our power base and they were wonderful. They answered promptly, followed up, and ensured our issue was resolved correctly.

Second, I’d like to say this power base has a nice improvement in that the tolerance between the base and cup has tightened, causing a marked improvement in the base staying tight to the cup!

We have and will continue to recommend ThermoJoe!
